चूँकि राज्य सरकार को यह समाधान हो गया है कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक और समीचीन है। अतएव अब
उत्तर प्रदेश अत्यावश्यक सेवाओं का अनुरक्षण अधिनियम, 966 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या-30 सन् 966) की धारा-3 की
उपधारा (॥) के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोग करके श्री राज्यपाल इस आदेश के प्रकाशन के दिनांक से 06 माह की अवधि के लिए
उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य सड़क परिवहन निगम के अधीन समस्त सेवाओं में, जिन्हें सरकारी अधिसूचना संख्या-5447/30-2-60एन/73
दिनांक 3 अक्टूबर, 983 द्वारा Vad अधिनियम के प्रयोजनों के लिए अत्यावश्यक सेवाएं घोषित किया गया है, हड़ताल निषिद्ध
करती हैं।
2-.. उक्त धारा की उपधारा (2) के अधीन श्री राज्यपाल यह भी आदेश देती हैं कि यह आदेश गजट में प्रकाशित किया जाय।

In pursuance of the provision of Clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution, the
Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation
of notification no-04 /2026/02/ XX X-2-2026-60N/73, Dated- 2 January, 2026
NOTIFICATION

WHERE AS, the state Government is satisfied that in public interest it is
necessary and expedient so to do.
NOW, THEREFORE in exercise of the power under sub- section (I) of
section 3 of the Uttar Pradesh Essential Services Maintenance Act, 966
(U.P.Act No-XXX of 966) the Governor is pleased to order that during a period
of six months from the date of publication of the order strikes are prohibited in
the services under the Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation, which
have been declared as essential services for the purpose of said Act by
Government notification no 5447/XX X-2-60N/73, dated October 3, 983
2- Under sub-section (2) of the said section, the Governor is further pleased to
direct that this order shall be published in the Gazette.
