S.O. 5376(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (7A) of section 2 of the Railways Act, 1989
(24 of 1989), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government
of India in the Ministry of Railways (South Eastern Railway/Construction Organization) vide notification number
4145, S.O.4509(E), dated the 8th October, 2024 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3,
Sub-section (ii), dated the 15th October, 2024, namely:
