NOTIFICATION
Jaipur, the 5th April, 2023
S.O. 1648(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (7A) of section 2 of the Railways Act, 1989
(24 of 1989), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2) of the table below as
‘Competent Authority’ to perform the function as such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of
publication of this notification in the official Gazette in respect of the Special Railway Project of Nathdwara –
Devgarh Madariya Gauge Conversion in the state of Rajasthan relating to the sub-divisions mentioned in column (3),
district mentioned in column (4) of the said table for the public purpose of execution, maintenance, management and
operation of such Special Railway Project.
