107 को बिलने की आवश्यकता उपजस्ट्ित हुई ह।ै
अब उक्त हकीकत को ध्यान म ेंरखते हुवे उक्त अजधसूचना के साि संलग्न सूची म े उल्लेजखत सव ेक्रमांक 108 को रि
कीया िाता ह,ै और ईस की िगह सव े क्रमांक 107 को सजम्मजलत कीया िाता ह।ै

S.O. 3058(E).—Whereas the intention is declared by the Central Government to acquire the Right of Users
for laying the pipeline through Ambaliyasan, Jornang, Mandali & Navi Sedhavi village, Taluka Mehsana, & Vadpura
& Kaiyal village, Taluka Kadi, Dist. Mehsana vide Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, New Delhi’s Notification
S.O. No. 525(E) dtd. 28th January 2025.
Now, it has come to the notice that land records of District Inspector Land Records (D.I.L.R.) Mehsana office
was wrongly bearing survey No. 108 in place of survey No. 107 in the village Kaiyal, Ta.Kadi.
Now, therefore survey No. 108 in Kaiyal village in the schedule annexed to that Notification is to be replaced
by survey No. 107. Accordingly, survey No. 108 Kaiyal village is hereby removed from the schedule annexed with
above notification, and survey No. 107 Kaiyal village is hereby added in place of survey No. 108.
Remaining details of the above notification will remain unchanged.
