NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 17th September, 2014
S.O. 2403(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National
Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the
Ministry of Road Transport and Highways number S.O. 1397 (E) dated 31st May, 2013 except of respects things
done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers
mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule annexed hereto as the competent authorities to perform the functions
of such authorities under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official
Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Schedule
relating to districts, taluka, police station and villages mentioned in column (4), (5), (6) and (7) respectively of
the said Schedule for building (four-laning), maintenance, management and operation of the Delhi – Jaipur
Expressway, Spur Alignment of Bhiwadi & Jhajjar in the State of Haryana.
