S.O. 1860(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of National Highways Act,
1956 (48 of 1956) the Central Government hereby authorise the District Revenue Officer, Gurgaon & District
Revenue Officer, Mewat, Haryana, as the competent authority to perform the functions of such authority
under the said Act with effect from the date of publications of this notification in the Official Gazette, in
respect of the stretch of land from km 47/100 to 49/350 of the National Highway No.71B (new NH no. 919)
for building (realignment/widening/4 lanning etc.) maintenance, management and operation of the said
National Highway in the State of Haryana, as specification in the Schedule given below:-
