NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 30th April, 2015
S.O. 1153(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act,
1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorises the Special Land Acquisition Officer, National
Highways Zone, Dharwar as the competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with
effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette in respect of the stretch of land from Km.
208.600 to 370.500 of the National Highway No. 206 for building (widening/ two laning etc.) maintenance, management
and operation in the State of Karnataka specified in the schedule given below.
