Act No. 27 of 2025.
An Act to provide for the authorisation of appropriation of
moneys out of the Consolidated Fund of the State to meet the
amounts spent on certain services and purposes during the financial
year ended on the 31st day of March 2020 in excess of the amounts
authorised or granted for those services and purposes for that year.
Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the State of Tamil Nadu in the
Seventy-sixth Year of the Republic of India as follows:–
1. This Act may be called the Tamil Nadu Appropriation (No.3) Act, 2025. Short title.
2. The sum specified in column (5) of the Schedule amounting in the aggregate Issue of
to nine hundred and forty-one crore ninty-nine lakh eighty six thousand three hundred Rs.941,99,86,339/-
