Addition of Area of Operation for Existing PSIA

**Summary:** This Public Notice, dated January [Day], 2022, issued by the Director General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India, amends Appendix 2G of the Foreign Trade Policy 2015-20. The notice expands the area of operation of Ms. Hamilton Steel Logistics Inc., a Pre-Shipment Inspection Agency (PSIA), to include the United States of America. This inclusion is made in exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2015-20 and in terms of Para 2.55(d) of Handbook of Procedures (HBP) 2015-20, and is effective immediately. The existing area of operation for Ms. Hamilton Steel Logistics Inc. was Canada, with its Head Office located at Unit 101, 242 Keefer Court, Hamilton, ON, L8E 4V4, Canada; email: info@hslogistics.ca. The added branch office in the United States of America is located at 9221 Rainbow Falls Dr, Bristow, VA 20136 USA. The effect of this notice is to formally recognize the United States of America as an approved area of operation for Ms. Hamilton Steel Logistics Inc. as a PSIA.
