New Delhi, the 31st December, 2015
S.O. 1859(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Public Premises (Eviction of
Unauthorized Occupants) Act, 1971 (40 of 1971), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri John Philip, Senior
Manager (Human Resources), being an officer of the National Thermal Power Corporation Limited, a statutory
authority, and equivalent to the rank of a Gazetted Officer of the Government, to be the Estate Officer, and for that
purpose makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of
Power number S.O. 1760, dated the 8th June, 1990, namely:-
2. In the said notification, in the Table, for serial number 1 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall
be substituted, namely:-
“1. Shri John Philip, Senior Manager (Human All premises belonging to, or taken on lease by the
