NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 4 of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964 (Karnataka Act No. 12 of 1964) and in partial modification of earlier notification issued in this regard and after taking into consideration the population, area, land revenue and demands from the public having regard to the administrative convenience, the government of Karnataka hereby proposes to alter the limits of Arakera taluk in Raichur District by excluding the villages of Hosur Siddapur, Bommanahalli, Basasapur, Muduvayagaddi, Timmapur , Horahatti (D) and to include in the Devadurga taluk in Raichur District, as specified in the Schedule for the purpose of the said Act. Now, therefore, a notice is hereby published as required by section 6 of the said Act for the information of all the persons likely to be affected thereby that the proposal will be taken into consideration after the expiry of thirty days from the date of its publication in the official Gazette. Any objections or suggestions which may be received by the State Government from any person with respect to the said draft before the expiry of period specified above will be considered by the State Government.
