NOTIFICATION Whereas the draft of notification No. RD 26 LRD 2025, dated 01.12.2025, regarding alteration of the limits of Arakera taluk in Raichur District by excluding the villages of Hosur Siddapur, Bommanahalli, Basapur, Muduvayagaddi, Timmapur, Horahatti (D) and to include in the Devadurga taluk in Raichur District, was published as required by section 6 of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964 (Karnataka Act 12 of 1964) in Part IV-A of the Karnataka Gazette, dated: 02-12-2025 inviting objections or suggestions from all the persons likely to be affected thereby within one month from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. And whereas, the said Gazette was made available to the public on 02.12.2025. And whereas no objections and suggestions have been received in this behalf and considered by the State Government.
