Short title and commencement – (1) This Order may be called the Aluminium and Aluminium Alloys (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2024. (2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Aluminium and Aluminium Alloys (Quality Control) Order, 2023, in paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely: - “(2) This Order shall come into force with effect from 01.12.2024.” [F.
