Title and Commencement:- 1) These rules may be called the Karnataka Government (Allocation of Business) (Amendment) Rules, 2022. 2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Amendment of Schedule II:- In the Karnataka Government (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1977, (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), In Schedule-II, under the heading “Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms”, (i) under the sub-heading “L. Administrative Reforms” after item number 12 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be inserted, namely, - “13. The Karnataka Right to information Act, 2005 and matters related Thereto. 14. Subjects of Janaspandana except Complaints and grievances”. (ii) the sub-heading “O. Janaspandana Cell”, and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted. (iii) under the sub-heading “S. e-Governance” after item number 17 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be inserted, namely, - “18. Complaints and grievances of Janaspandana”. 3. Amendment of Schedule X:- In Schedule -X to the said rules, under the heading “Department of Urban Development”, under the sub-heading “B. Development and Town Planning”, after item number 10 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be inserted, namely,R.N.I. No. KARBIL/2001/47147 POSTAL REGN. Amendment of Schedule XIIIA:- In Schedule -XIIIA to the said rules, under the heading “Water Resources Department” under the sub-heading “A. Irrigation”, after item number 5 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be inserted, namely, “6. All relief and rehabilitation matters of the Bagalkot Town Development Authority”. 5. Amendment of Schedule XIV:- In Schedule XIV to the said rules, under the heading “Revenue Department”, (i) under the sub-heading “A. Revenue” after item number 12 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be inserted, namely, - “13. Freedom Fighters/Goa Freedom Fighters Pension”. (ii) under the sub-heading “E. General”, serial number 9 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted. 6. Amendment of Schedule XIXA:- In Schedule-XIX-A to the said rules, under the heading, “Kannada, Culture and Information Department” under the sub-heading “A. Literary and Culture Affairs” (i) after item 1(f) and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be inserted, namely, “(g) Karnataka State Urdu Academy” (ii) item 5 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted. 7. Amendment of Schedule XXV:- In Schedule-XXV to the said rules, under the heading “Minorities Welfare, Haj and Wakf Department”, the sub-heading “C.
