**Summary:**
Public Notice No. 45/2015-2020, dated December 27, 2022, issued by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), Ministry of Commerce and Industry, amends Appendix 2T of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) 2015-2020. Specifically, the amendment pertains to SI. No. 10, concerning the Export Promotion Council for EOU and SEZ (EPCES). **Existing Details:** The jurisdiction of EPCES included all products by EOU except spices, where registration with the Spices Board was mandatory.
**Revised Details:** The jurisdiction of EPCES now includes all products and services by EOU and all products and services by SEZ, except spices. In the case of spices, mandatory registration with the Spices Board remains in effect.
**Effect:** The updated details of products falling under the jurisdiction of EPCES in Appendix 2T of FTP 2015-2020 are effective immediately.
The notification is issued under the powers conferred by paragraph 2.04 of the FTP 2015-2020.

In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.04 of the Foreign Trade
