(क) स्ट्टीयररग संघात अपेक्षाएं समय-समय पर यथा संिोजधत 13 दिसंबर 2004 और 5 (ख) के आईएस 11939:1996, उसमें कायागन्द्वयन की तारीख तक वैध जनर्दिि वाहनों के जलए 8050 GI/2026 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] (ख) आमन-े सामने की टक्कर में वाहन की स्ट्टीयररग समय-समय पर यथा संिोजधत नए मॉडल - यंत्र-रचना की कायगप्रणाली के जलए अपेक्षाएाँ एआईएस-096/2008, उसमें 1 अक्टूबर, 2017 जनर्दिि वाहनों के जलए सभी मॉडल - 1 अक्टूबर, 2019 (ग) आंजिक अग्रभाग टक्कर (ऑफसेट फ्रंटल समय-समय पर यथा संिोजधत नए मॉडल - कोजलिन) की घटना में सवाररयों की सुरक्षा एआईएस-098/2008, उसमें 1 अक्टूबर, 2017 जनर्दिि वाहनों के जलए सभी मॉडल - 1 अक्टूबर, 2019 और 5 (ग-1) के कायागन्द्वयन की वैध तारीखों तक मान्द्य (ग-1) आंजिक अग्रभाग टक्कर की घटना म ें समय-समय पर यथा संिोजधत नए मॉडल - सवाररयों की सुरक्षा एआईएस-098 (सं. 1), उसमें 1 अक्टूबर 2027 जनर्दिि वाहनों के जलए सभी मॉडल - 1 अक्टूबर 2028

6. (क) सभी यात्री कारों के जलए पार्श्ग द्वार संघात समय-समय पर यथा संिोजधत 13 दिसंबर 2004 और 6 (ख) के आईएस: 12009:1995 कायागन्द्वयन की तारीख तक वैध (ख) पार्श्ग टक्कर की घटना में सवाररयों के बचाव समय-समय पर यथा संिोजधत नए मॉडल - के बारे में वाहनों की मंिूरी एआईएस-099/2008, उसमें 1 अक्टूबर, 2017 जनर्दिि वाहनों के जलए सभी मॉडल - 1 अक्टूबर, 2019 और 6 (ख-1) के कायागन्द्वयन की तारीख तक वैध (ख-1) पार्श्ग टक्कर की घटना में सवाररयों की समय-समय पर यथा संिोजधत नए मॉडल - सुरक्षा के संबंध में वाहनों की मंिूरी एआईएस-099 (सं. 1), उसमें 1 अक्टूबर 2027 जनर्दिि वाहनों के जलए सभी मॉडल - 1 अक्टूबर 2028 (ग) मोटर वाहन के साथ टक्कर की जस्ट्थजत में पैिल समय-समय पर यथा संिोजधत नए मॉडल - याजत्रयों और अन्द्य असुरजक्षत सड़क प्रयोिाओं की एआईएस-100/2010, उसमें 1 अक्टूबर, 2018 सुरक्षा के बारे में वाहनों की मंिूरी जनर्दिि वाहनों के जलए सभी मॉडल - 1 अक्टूबर, 2020 और 6 (ग-1) के कायागन्द्वयन तक वैध[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 (ग-1) मोटर वाहन के साथ टक्कर की जस्ट्थजत में समय-समय पर यथा संिोजधत नए मॉडल - पैिल याजत्रयों और अन्द्य असुरजक्षत सड़क एआईएस-100 (सं. 1), उसमें 1 अक्टूबर 2028 प्रयोिाओं की सुरक्षा के संबंध में वाहनों की मंिूरी जनर्दिि वाहनों के जलए फ्लेक्सपीएलआई (फ्लेजक्सबल पेडेजस्ट्रयन लेग इम्पैक्टर) परीक्षण उपकरण का अजनवायग उपयोग - 1 अक्टूबर 2032 (घ) मोटर वाहन के पीछे से टक्कर की जस्ट्थजत में समय-समय पर यथा संिोजधत सभी मॉडलों के जलए:

ईंधन प्रणाली की सुरक्षा और इलेजक्रक पावर रेन एआईएस-101 (सं. 1), उसमें 1 अप्रैल 2029 की सुरक्षा के संबंध में वाहनों की मंिूरी जनर्दिि वाहनों के जलए (ङ) जनयंत्रण प्रणाजलयों को ध्यान में रखते हुए समय-समय पर यथा संिोजधत नए मॉडल:

सामने स े टक्कर की जस्ट्थजत म ें सवाररयों की सुरक्षा एआईएस-201, उसमें जनर्दिि 1 अक्टूबर 2029 के जलए अपेक्षाएं वाहनों के जलए सभी मॉडल:

1 अक्टूबर 2031 (च) इवेंट डेटा ररकॉडगर (ईडीआर) के संबंध में समय-समय पर यथा संिोजधत 1 अक्टूबर 2029 वाहनों की मंिूरी एआईएस-192, उसमें जनर्दिि वाहनों के जलए ”

(ii) क्रम संख्या 45 और उसकी प्रजवजियों के जलए, जनम्नजलजखत प्रजवजियााँ प्रजतस्ट्थाजपत की िाएंगी, अथागत:् “

(1) (2) (3) (4) 45 (क) एम1 श्रेणी के मोटर वाहनों पर पैर से समय-समय पर यथा संिोजधत 1 अप्रैल, 2008 और नए मॉडलों के जलए 45 जनयंत्रण की व्यवस्ट्था और संचालन का तरीका एआईएस-035:2006 (ख) के कायागन्द्वयन की तारीख तक वैध। (ख) एम1 श्रेणी के मोटर वाहनों पर पैर से समय-समय पर यथा संिोजधत नए मॉडल:

जनयंत्रण की व्यवस्ट्था और संचालन का तरीका एआईएस-035 (स.ं 1) 1 अप्रैल 2028 ”

(i) क्रम संख्या 30 के पश्चात जनम्नजलजखत अंतःस्ट्थाजपत दकया िाएगा, अथागत:् “

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 19th October, 2026 S.O. 5723(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 109 and clause (k) of sub-

section (1) of section 110 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (59 of 1988), read with sub-rule (1) of rule 124 of the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the

notification of Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Shipping, Road Transport and Highways (Department of Road Transport and Highways) number S.O. 1365(E) dated 13th December, 2004, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), namely:-

(2) In the said notification, in the Table- ii. For serial numbers 5 and 6 and the entries thereto, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:- “

5. (a) The Steering impact requirements IS 11939:1996 as amended 13th December 2004 and valid from time to time, for the upto dates of implementation vehicles specified therein of 5(b)[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 5

(b) Requirements for behaviour of steering AIS-096/2008 as amended New models – mechanism of a vehicle in a Head-on Collision from time to time, for the 1st October, 2017 vehicles specified therein All models – 1st October, 2019

(c) Protection of Occupants in the event of an AIS-098/2008 as amended New models – offset frontal Collision from time to time, for the 1st October, 2017 vehicles specified therein All models – 1st October, 2019 and valid upto dates of implementation of 5 (c-1) (c-1) Protection of Occupants in the event of an AIS-098 (Rev. 1) as amended New models – Offset Frontal Collision from time to time, for the 1st October 2027 vehicles specified therein All models – 1st October 2028

(ii) For serial number 45 and the entries thereto, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:- “

(1) (2) (3) (4) 45 (a)The arrangement and mode of operation AIS-035:2006 as 1st April, 2008 and valid upto date of of foot controls on M1 category of motor amended from time to implementation of 45(b) for New vehicles time. models.

(iii) For serial number 52 and the entries thereto, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:- “

(3) In the said notification, in the Table A:-

(i) after serial number 30 the following shall be inserted, namely:- “
