8 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रित् त िजत यों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग 2, खंड 3, उपखडं (ii),
तारीख 6 जसतंबर, 2013 म ें प्रकाजित, भारत सरकार के सूचना और प्रसारण मंत्रालय की अजधसूचना सं0 का.आ.
2693(अ), तारीख 5 जसतंबर, 2013 का जनम्न जलजखत और सिं ोधन करती ह,ै अर्ाकत ् :--
उत अजधसूचना की सारणी 1 म,ें --
(i) क्रम संख यांक 16 और उससे संबंजधत प्रजवजट यों के स्ट्र्ान पर, जनम्न जलजखत क्रम संखय ांक और प्रजवजट यां रखी
िाएंगी, अर्ाकत ् :--
“16. डीडी असम साधारण मनोरंिन (क्षेत्रीय) ;”;
(ii) क्रम संख यांक 21, 22, 23 और 24 और उनसे संबंजधत प्रजवजट यों के स्ट्र्ान पर, जनम्न जलजखत क्रम संख यांक और
प्रजवजट यां रखी िाएंगी, अर्ाकत ् :--

23. संसि ्टीवी – 1 समाचार और समसामजयकी (लोक सभा) ;
24. संसि ्टीवी – 2 एचडी समाचार और समसामजयकी (राज्य सभा) ;”;
(iii) क्रम संख यांक 28 और उससे संबंजधत प्रजवजट यों के स्ट्र्ान पर, जनम्न जलजखत क्रम संख यांक और प्रजवजट यां रखी
िाएंगी, अर्ाकत ् :--
“28. संसि ्टीवी – 2 समाचार और समसामजयकी (राज्य सभा) ;”;
(iv) क्रम संख यांक 39 और उससे संबंजधत प्रजवजट यों के पश् चात,् जनम्न जलजखत क्रम संख यांक और प्रजवजट यां
अंत:स्ट् र्ाजपत की िाएंगी, अर्ातक ् :--
“40. डीडी निे नल एचडी साधारण मनोरंिन (हहिं ी) ;
41. डीडी न्यूि एचडी समाचार और समसामजयकी (हहिं ी) ;
42. डीडी स्ट्पोर्टसक एचडी स्ट्पोर्टसक ;

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 17 th January, 2025
S.O 325(E).–– In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 8 of the Cable
Television Networks (Regulation) Act, 1995 (7 of 1995), the Central Government hereby makes the following
further amendments in the notification of the Government of India the Ministry of Information and
Broadcasting, number S.O. 2693 (E), dated the 5th September, 2013, published in the Gazette of India,
Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 6th September, 2013, namely:-[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3
In the said notification, in Table-I,-
(i) for serial number 16 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be
substituted, namely:-
“16. DD Assam General Entertainment (Regional)”;
(ii) for serial numbers21, 22, 23 and 24 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries
shall be substituted, namely:-
“21. DD Odia General Entertainment (Regional);
22. Sansad TV – 1 HD News and Current Affairs (Lok Sabha);
23. Sansad TV – 1 News and Current Affairs (Lok Sabha);
24. Sansad TV – 2 HD News and Current Affairs (Rajya Sabha)”;
(iii) for serial number 28 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be
substituted, namely:-
“28. Sansad TV – 2 News and Current Affairs (Rajya Sabha)”;
(iv) after serial number 39 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall be
inserted, namely:-
“40. DD National HD General Entertainment (Hindi);
41. DD News HD News and Current Affairs (Hindi);
42. DD Sports HD Sports;
43. DD India HD News and Current Affairs (English)”.
