1. आइटीसी (एचएस) 2022, अिुसूची-II (जियाात िीजत) के अध्याय 5 के तहत िीजतगत िता 5 को जिम्नािुसार िाजमल दकया िाता ह:ै - 3135 GI/2026 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)]

(i) केपेजससल द्वारा प्रत्येक खेप के जलए पिु जचदकत्सक प्रमाणपत्र / जिपमेंट सलीयरेंस प्रमाणपत्र (ईय/ू यूके मॉडल के अिुरूप) िारी दकया िाएगा, जिसम ें जियाातक का जववरण, िैसे- जियाातक का िाम और पता, पंिीकृत संयंत्र का पता, जियाातक का आइईसी, संयंत्र अिुमोदि संख्या और अन्द्य संबंजधत जववरण ददया िाएगा िो दक मौिूदा ईय ू / यूके जवजियमि के अधीि होगा।

(ii) जिपमैंट के बाद, जियाातक क्रेता को खेपवार “उत्पादि प्रदक्रया प्रमाण पत्र” या “पिु जचदकत्सा स्ट्वास्ट््य प्रमाण पत्र” भी प्रदाि करेगा, जिसमें एचएस कोड, पैकेजिगं , उसका मलू स्ट्थाि, गतं व्य, पोत का िाम, प्रस्ट्थाि की जतजथ तथा पि ुजचदकत्सा स्ट्वास्ट््य आवश्यकता सजहत उत्पाद का जववरण िाजमल होगा।

(iii) यह पिु जचदकत्सा स्ट्वास्ट््य प्रमाणपत्र संयिु रूप से केपेजससल और पिपु ालि और डेयरी पालि जवभाग, भारत सरकार के पि ु सगं रोध अजधकारी द्वारा केवल तभी िारी दकया िाएगा, िब आयात करि े वाल े देि द्वारा ऐसे प्रमाण पत्र अपेजित हों या अजिवाया हों।

2. जिम्नजलजखत आइटीसी (एचएस) कोड की जियाात िीजत में तदिुसार संिोधि दकया िाता ह:ै आइटीसी (एचएस जववरण जियाता िीजत मौिदू ा जियाता िीजत-गत सिं ोजधत जियाता कोड़) ित ा िीजतगत ित ा 05051090 पंख का प्रकार जिसका मुि इस अध्याय की िीजतगत ित ा इस अध्याय की प्रयोग भराई के जलए 1 के अध्यधीि िीजतगत िता 1 और दकया िाता ह ै - अन्द्य िीजतगत िता 5 के अध्यधीि 05059029 अन्द्य पंख (भराई के मुि इस अध्याय की िीजतगत ित ा इस अध्याय की प्रयोिि के अलावा) - 1 के अध्यधीि िीजतगत िता 1 और अन्द्य िीजतगत िता 5 के अध्यधीि 05059099 चमड़ी और अन्द्य भाग- मुि इस अध्याय की िीजतगत ित ा इस अध्याय की अन्द्य 1 के अध्यधीि िीजतगत िता 1 और िीजतगत िता 5 के अध्यधीि अजधसचू िा का प्रभाव : उपयिुा जवजिष्ट आइटीसी (एचएस) कोड के अन्द्तगात पंखों, चमड़ी और अन्द्य भागों की जियाात िीजत को लागू ईय/ूयूके जवजियमों के अिुरूप संिोजधत दकया गया ह,ै जिसमें आयात करिे वाले दिे द्वारा आवश्यकता होि ेपर पि ु जचदकत्सा स्ट्वास्ट््य प्रमाण पत्र िारी करि े का प्रावधाि ह।ै [फा. स.ं 01/91/180/03/एएम-19/ईसी/ई-42921] लव अग्रवाल, महाजिदिे क जवदिे व्यापार एव ं पदेि अपर सजचव[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) (DIRECTORATE GENERAL OF FOREIGN TRADE)

Subject: Amendment in Export Policy of Feathers - regarding.

S.O. 2221(E).— In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 read with section 5 of Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992, read with paragraph 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2023, as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby amends export policy of specific ITC(HS) codes under

Chapter 5 of Schedule-II (Export Policy), ITC(HS), 2022 with immediate effect, as under-

1. Policy condition 5 under Chapter 5 of the Schedule-II (Export Policy), ITC(HS) 2022 is inserted as follows:-

(i) A Veterinary Certificate/Shipment Clearance Certificate (conforming to the EU/UK model) is to be issued consignment-wise by the CAPEXIL indicating details of the exporter such as name and address of the exporter, address of the registered plant, IEC of the exporter, plant approval number and other relevant details, subject to EU/UK regulation in force.

(ii) After the shipment is made, the exporter shall also provide a ‘Production Process Certificate” or ‘ Veterinary Health Certificate’ consignment-wise to the buyer giving details of the product with HS code, packaging, its origin, destination, vessel name, date of departure, Veterinary health requirement etc.

(iii)This Veterinary Health Certificate would be issued jointly by CAPEXIL and Animal Quarantine Officer, Department of Animal Husbandry & Dairying, Government of India only where such certificate is required or mandated by the importing country.

2. Export Policy of the following ITC(HS) Codes are amended accordingly:
