Subject: Amendment in Export Policy of Non-Basmati Rice under Chapter 10 of Schedule- II
(Export Policy) of ITC (HS) 2022 -regarding.
S.O. 4357(E).— In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 read with section 5 of the Foreign
Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 and in pursuance of Para 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade
Policy, 2023, as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby prescribes the following
additional policy conditions governing the export of Non-Basmati Rice under the relevant ITC (HS) codes
of Chapter 10 , Schedule II (Export Policy) of ITC (HS), 2022 with immediate effect, as follows :-
