S.O. (E): In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 and Section 5 of Foreign Trade (Development &Regulation) Act, 1992, read with paragraph 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2023, as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby revises the Policy Condition no.1 (III) under Chapter 87 of the ITC (HS) 2022, Schedule-1 (import Policy) with immediate effect as under:- Existing Policy condition [Revised Policy Condition III) Cars manufactured prior to Ist January, 1950(IIl) Cars classified as 'Vintage motor vehicles' under lare free for import by Actual Users. Policy|Explanation to sub-rule (1) of rule 81A of Chapter (Condition (I) and (II) above shall not be applicablelllA of Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989 as for these cars.
