Act, 1968 and (c) However, import of ‘Glufosinate Technical’ is formulations “Free” for CIF value of Rs. 1289/- or above per Kg thereof. (d) The said policy condition shall be reviewed after a period of one year. * IUPAC Name: 2-amino-4-[hydorxy9methyl) phosphoryI] butanoic acid Effect of the Notification: The import policy of ‘Glufosinate Technical’ under ITC (HS) Code 38089390 is revised from "Free" to “Prohibited”.
