**Purpose:** This notification extends the existing Minimum Import Price (MIP) condition on Glufosinate Technical (HS Code 38089390) for a period of one year, from January 24, 2025, to January 23, 2026. This is a partial modification of Notification No. 58/2023 dated January 23, 2024, and Notification No. 14/2024-25 dated June 3, 2024.
**Policy Details:**
* **Product:** Glufosinate and its salts with a minimum purity of 95%.
* **HS Code:** 38089390 (Chapter 38 of the ITC HS, 2022, Schedule I Import Policy).
* **Minimum Import Price (MIP):** Imports with a CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) value below Rs. 1289 per Kg are restricted. Imports with a CIF value of Rs. 1289 per Kg or above are free.
* **Condition:** Glufosinate must be registered and not prohibited for import under the Insecticides Act, 1968, and formulations thereof.
* **Review:** The policy condition will be reviewed after one year from the date of publication of Notification No. 58/2023 dated January 23, 2024.
**Legal Basis:** This notification is issued in exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 and Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992, read with paragraph 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2023, as amended from time to time.

S.O. (E): In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 and Section 5 of Foreign Trade
(Development & Regulation) Act, 1992, read with paragraph 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade
Policy 2023, as amended from time to time, and in partial modification of Notification No.
58/2023 dated 23.01.2024 and Notification No. 14/2024-25 dated 03.06.2024, the Central
Government hereby extends the Minimum Import Price (MIP) condition on the following ITC
HS Code of Glufosinate Technical under Chapter 38 of the ITC (HS), 2022, Schedule -I (Import
Policy) for a period of one year i.e. from 24.01.2025 to 23.01.2026, as under: (Changes made
