**Existing Policy Condition:** Import was subject to Policy Condition No. 3 of Chapter 29, requiring a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Narcotics Commissioner, Gwalior, before import.
**Revised Policy Condition:** The requirement for a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Narcotics Commissioner, Gwalior, is deleted.
**Effect of Notification:** Import of Malonylurea (Barbituric Acid) and its salts is now allowed without an NOC from the Narcotics Commissioner, Gwalior.
**Effective Date:** Immediate
**Approval:** This notification is issued with the approval of the Minister of Commerce and Industry.

S.O. (E): In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 and Section 5 of FT (D&R) Act, 1992, read
with paragraph 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP), 2015-2020, as amended from
time to time, the Central Government hereby amends the policy condition of HS Code
29335200 under Chapter 29 of ITC (HS) 2022, Schedule — | (Import Policy), with immediate
effect, as under:
