S.O. 383(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 and Section 5 of Foreign Trade (Development &Regulation) Act, 1992, read with paragraph 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-2020, as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby amends the policy condition of Urea [EXIM code 31021000] of Chapter 31 of ITC (HS), 2022, Schedule – I (Import Policy), with immediate effect, as under: Exim Item Description Policy Existing Policy Condition Revised Policy Condition Code 31021000 Urea, whether or not State Trading Import allowed through RCF Import allowed through RCF in aqueous solution Enterprise and NFL subject to Para 2.20 and NFL subject to Para 2.20 of Foreign Trade Policy, of Foreign Trade Policy, 2015- 2015-2020.
