2.01 के साथ पठित जवदेि व्यापार (जवकास एव ं जवजियमि) अजधजियम, 1992 की धारा 5 के साथ पठित धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करत ेहुए केन्द्र सरकार एतदद्वारा, इस अजधसूचिा के प्रकािि की तारीख स ेछह महीि ेतक, आइटीसी (एचएस) 2022, अिुसूची-I (आयात िीजत) के अध्याय 38 म ें आिे वाल े जिम्नजलजखत आइटीसी (एचएस) कोडों की आयात िीजत और आयात िीजतगत ित त म ें संिोधि जिम्नािुसार करती ह:ै 2701 GI/2026 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] आइटीसी मद जववरण मौिदू ा सिं ोजधत मौिदू ा िीजतगत ित त सिं ोजधत िीजतगत ित त (एचएस) कोड़ आयात िीजत आयात िीजत 38089193 ब्रोमोमीथेि मुि मुि इस अध्याय की िीजतगत क) इस अध्याय की िीजतगत (जमथाइल ितत सं. 07 के अध्यधीि ितत सं. 07 के अधीि; और ब्रोमाइड़) या ब्रोमोक्लोरोमीथेि से युि ख) यदद प्रजत दकलोग्राम आधार पर सीआइएफ मूल्य और एंटी डंपपंग िुल्क यदद कोई हो, की संयुि राजि प्रजत दकलोग्राम 1,154 रुपये से कम ह ैतो ‘ग्लुफोजसिेट और इसके लवणों’ के आयात को प्रजतबंजधत दकया िाएगा। 38089199 अन्द्य मुि मुि इस अध्याय की िीजतगत (क) इस अध्याय की ितत सं. 07 के अध्यधीि िीजतगत ितत सं. 07 के अधीि; और (ख) प्रजत दकलोग्राम आधार पर, सीआइएफ मूल्य और एंटी डंपपंग िुल्क यदद कोई हो, की संयुि राजि प्रजत दकलोग्राम 1,154 रुपये से कम ह ैतो ‘ग्लुफोजसिेट और इसके लवणों’ के आयात को प्रजतबंजधत दकया िाएगा। 38089361 इस अध्याय की मुि मुि (क) कीटिािकों का (क) कीटिािकों का आयात पूरक ठटप्पणी 7 आयात कृजष एवं दकसाि कृजष एव ंदकसाि कल्याण और 8 में जिर्दतष्ट कल्याण मंत्रालय के अधीि मंत्रालय के अधीि केन्द्रीय वस्ट्तुएं केन्द्रीय कीटिािक बोडत कीटिािक बोडत और और पंिीकरण सजमजत पंिीकरण सजमजत (सीआइबी (सीआइबी एडं आरसी) एडं आरसी) द्वारा िारी दकए द्वारा िारी दकए गए गए पंिीकरण प्रमाणपत्र के पंिीकरण प्रमाणपत्र के अधीि होगा तथा कीटिािक अधीि होगा तथा अजधजियम, 1968 के तहत कीटिािक अजधजियम, भी आयात पर रोक िहीं ह।ै 1968 के तहत भी आयात पर रोक िहीं है। (क) यदद प्रजत दकलोग्राम आधार पर, सीआइएफ मूल्य (ख) ‘ग्लुफोजसिेट और एंटी डंपपंग िुल्क यदद कोई हो, की संयुि राजि और इसके लवणों’ प्रजत दकलोग्राम 1,154 रुपये (िुद्धता-न्द्युितम 95% से कम ह ैतो ‘ग्लुफोजसिेट भार दर भार) का आयात और इसके लवणों’ के आयात ‘प्रजतबंजधत’ ह:ै जिसका को प्रजतबंजधत दकया िाएगा। सीआइएफ मूल्य प्रजत दकलोग्राम 1289/- रुपये से कम है।[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 (ग) तथाजप ग्लूफोजसिेट और इसके लवणों का आयात प्रजत दकलोग्राम 1289/- रुपये या उससे अजधक सीआइएफ मूल्य के जलए “मुि” ह।ै (घ) उि िीजतगत ितत की समीक्षा अजधसूचिा सं. 54/2024 के प्रकािि की तारीख से एक वषत की अवजध के बाद की िाएगी। 38089391 अन्द्य: ब्रोमोमीथेि मुि मुि इस अध्याय की िीजतगत (क) इस अध्याय की (जमथाइल ितत सं. 07 के अध्यधीि िीजतगत ितत सं. 07 के ब्रोमाइड) या अधीि; और ब्रोमोक से युि (ख) प्रजत दकलोग्राम आधार पर सीआइएफ मूल्य और एंटी डंपपंग िुल्क यदद कोई हो, की संयुि राजि प्रजत दकलोग्राम 1,154 रुपये से कम ह ैतो ‘ग्लुफोजसिेट और इसके लवणों’ के आयात को प्रजतबंजधत दकया िाएगा। 38089399 अन्द्य मुि मुि इस अध्याय की िीजतगत (क) इस अध्याय की ितत सं. 07 के अध्यधीि िीजतगत ितत सं. 07 के अधीि; और (ख) प्रजत दकलोग्राम आधार पर सीआइएफ मूल्य और एंटी डंपपंग िुल्क यदद कोई हो, की संयुि राजि प्रजत दकलोग्राम 1,154 रुपये से कम ह ैतो ‘ग्लुफोजसिेट और इसके लवणों’ के आयात को प्रजतबंजधत दकया िाएगा। 38089912 इस अध्याय की मुि मुि इस अध्याय की िीजतगत (क) इस अध्याय की िीजतगत पूरक ठटप्पणी 15 ितत सं. 07 के अध्यधीि ितत सं. 07 के अधीि; और और 16 में जवजिर्दतष्ट वस्ट्तुए:- इस अध्याय की (ख) प्रजत दकलोग्राम आधार पूरक ठटप्पणी 16 पर सीआइएफ मूल्य और में जवजिर्दतष्ट वस्ट्तुएं एंटी डंपपंग िुल्क यदद कोई हो, की संयुि राजि प्रजत दकलोग्राम 1,154 रुपये से4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] कम ह ैतो ‘ग्लुफोजसिेट और इसके लवणों’ के आयात को प्रजतबंजधत दकया िाएगा। 38089991 अन्द्य:-ब्रोमोमीथेि मुि मुि इस अध्याय की िीजतगत (क) इस अध्याय की िीजतगत (जमथाइल ितत सं. 07 के अध्यधीि ितत सं. 07 के अधीि; और ब्रोमाइड) या ब्रोमोक्लोरोमीथेि युि (ख) प्रजत दकलोग्राम आधार पर सीआइएफ मूल्य और एंटी डंपपंग िुल्क यदद कोई हो, की संयुि राजि प्रजत दकलोग्राम 1,154 रुपये से कम ह ैतो ‘ग्लुफोजसिेट और इसके लवणों’ के आयात को प्रजतबंजधत दकया िाएगा। 38089999 अन्द्य मुि मुि इस अध्याय की िीजतगत (क) इस अध्याय की िीजतगत ितत सं. 07 के अध्यधीि ितत सं. 07 के अधीि; और (ख) प्रजत दकलोग्राम आधार पर सीआइएफ मूल्य और एंटी डंपपंग िुल्क यदद कोई हो, की संयुि राजि प्रजत दकलोग्राम 1,154 रुपये से कम ह ैतो ‘ग्लुफोजसिेट और इसके लवणों’ के 0आयात को प्रजतबंजधत दकया िाएगा। इस अजधसचू िा का प्रभाव:- आइटीसी (एचएस) 2022 की अिुसूची-I (आयात िीजत) के अध्याय 38 के एचएस कोड़ों 38089193, 38089199, 38089361, 38089391, 38089399, 38089912, 38089991 और 38089999 के अंतगतत आि े वाल े ग्लुफोजसिेट और इसके लवणों के आयात पर प्रजत दकलोग्राम आधार पर गणिा दकए गए सीआइएफ मल्ू य और लाग ूएंटी-डंपपगं िुल्क की संयुि राजि 1,154 रुपय ेसे कम होिे पर प्रजतबंध लगाया िाएगा: इस अजधसूचिा के प्रकािि की तारीख स ेछह महीि े की अवजध के जलए ऐसा प्रजतबंध प्रभावी रहगे ा। इस े वाजणज्य और उद्योग मंत्री के अिुमोदि स े िारी दकया िाता ह।ै [फा. स. ं 01/89/180/16/एएम-23/पीसी-2[ए]/ई-38206] लव अग्रवाल, महाजिदिे क जवदिे व्यापार एव ं पदेि अपर सजचव[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 5 MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) (DIRECTORATE GENERAL OF FOREIGN TRAD)

Subject: Amendment in Import Policy of Glufosinate and its salts covered under Chapter 38 of Schedule –I (Import Policy) of IТС (HS) 2022 - reg S.O. 1910(E).— In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 read with Section 5 of Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992, read with paragraph 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) 2023, as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby revises the Import Policy and Import Policy Condition of the following ITC(HS) Codes covered under Chapter 38 of ITC (HS) 2022 , Schedule—I (Import Policy), up to six months from the date of publication of this notification, as under:

Effect of the Notification: The import of Glufosinate and its salts falling under HS Codes 38089193, 38089199, 38089361, 38089391, 38089399, 38089912, 38089991 and 38089999 of Chapter 38 of Schedule I (Import Policy) of ITC (HS) 2022, shall be Restricted where the combined amount of the CIF value and applicable anti-dumping duty, calculated on a per kilogram basis, is less than INR 1,154; such restriction shall be operative for a period of six months from the date of publication of this notification.
