On amendment, the ITC (HS) code 3102 1000 will read as: ITC (HS) Code Item Existing Policy Revised Policy 3102 1000 Urea, State Trading State Trading Enterprise. However, whether or Enterprise import of Industrial Urea / not in Technical Grade Urea (TGU) shall aqueous be free, subject to Actual User solution condition.
