L.-33004/99 xxxGIDHxxx सी.जी.-डी.एxलxx.-GअID.E-1x2xx1 02021-230373 CG-DL-E-12102021-230373 असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग II—खण्ड 3—उप-खण्ड (i) PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (i) प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY स.ं 589] नई ददल्ली, मगं लिार, अक्त बू र 12, 2021/आज‍ि न 20, 1943 No. 589] NEW DELHI, TUESDAY, OCTOBER 12, 2021/ASVINA 20, 1943 जित्त मत्रं ालय (जित्तीय सिे ाएं जिभाग) अजधसचू ना नई ददल् ली, 11 अक् तूबर, 2021 सा.का.जन. 731(अ).—पेंिन जनजध जिजनयामक और जिकास प्राजधकरण अजधजनयम, 2013 (2013 का 23) की धारा 5 की उप-धारा (3) के साथ पठित धारा 51 की उप-धारा (2) के खडं (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केंद्र सरकार, एतद्द्वारा, पेंिन जनजध जिजनयामक और जिकास प्राजधकरण (अध् यक्ष और पूणणककाजलक सदस्ट् यों को देय िेतन तथा भत्ते और सेिा की अन् य िततें एिं जनबंधन) जनयमािली, 2014 को संिोजधत करन े के जलए एतद्द्वारा जनम्न जलजखत जनयम बनाती ह,ै अथाणकत:- 1. सजं क्ष प्त नाम और प्रारंभ - (1) इन जनयमों को पिें न जनजध जिजनयामक और जिकास प्राजधकरण (अध् यक्ष और पूणणककाजलक सदस्ट् यों को देय िते न तथा भत ते और सेिा की अन् य ित तें एि ं जनबंधन) (तृतीय संिोधन) जनयम, 2021 कहा जाएगा। (2) य ेिासकीय राजपत्र में प्रकािन की जतजथ से प्रिृत्त होंगे। 2. पेंिन जनजध जिजनयामक और जिकास प्राजधकरण (अध् यक्ष और पूणणककाजलक सदस्ट् यों को देय िेतन तथा भत ते और सेिा की अन् य िततें एिं जनबंधन) जनयम 2014 के जनयम 10(i) के उप-जनयम (1) म ें जनम्नजलजखत परंतुक को अंतर्विष्ट दकया जाएगा, अथाणकत् :- परन्त ु यह दक प्रतयेक कैलण्े डर िर् णक के 1 जनिरी तथा 1 जलु ाई को पद्रं ह-पंद्रह ददन के दो दकस्ट्तों में अर्वजत अिकाि को अिकाि खातों म ेंजमा दकया जाएगा; परन्त ुयह भी दक जिगत छमाही की समाजप्त पर िेर् अर्वजत अिकाि को अगली छमाही में जोड़ ददया जाएगा। 5850 GI/2021 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] (ii) उप-जनयम (3) के बाद, जनम्नजलजखत उप-जनयमों को अंतर्विष्ट दकया जाएगा, अथाणकत:- (4) िे एक कैलण्े डर िर् णक में आि ददन के आकजस्ट्मक अिकाि के पात्र होंगे। (5) िे सेिा के प्रतयेक िर्णक में जचदकतसा प्रमाण-पत्र के आधार पर अथिा जनजी कायणक हते ु 20 ददन के अध-णक िैतजनक अिकाि के पात्र होंगे जो प्रतयके कैलेण्डर िर्णक के 1 जनिरी तथा 1 जलु ाई को 10-10 ददन की दो दकस्ट्तों में अजिम रूप से उनके खाते म ें जमा की जाएगी तथा अधणक-िेतन हते ु अिकाि िेतन, अर्वजत अिकाि के दौरान स्ट्िीकायणक अिकाि िेतन के आध े िेतन के समतल्ु य होगा। (6) अध-णक िैतजनक अिकाि को अध्यक्ष अथिा पूणणककाजलक सदस्ट्यों के जििेकानुसार पूण णक िैतजनक अिकाि म ें पठरिर्वतत दकया जा सकता ह।ै यदद उि अिकाि जचदकतसा आधार पर जलया जाए तथा इसकी पुजष्ट सक्ष म जचदकतसा प्राजधकारी के जचदकतसा प्रमाण-पत्र से की जाए। [फा. स.ं 19/1/2020-पीआर] लजलत कुमार, आर्वथक सलाहकार ठिप्प णी : मूल जनयम को भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उप खंड (i) में 20 अगस्ट्त , 2014 की अजधसूचना संख् या सा.का.जन. 597(अ) के तहत प्रकाजित दकया गया था और तदनंतर 2 अगस्ट् त, 2017 की अजधसूचना संख् या सा.का.जन. 987(अ) और 2 जनिरी, 2018 की अजधसूचना संख्या सा.का.जन. 07(अ) द्वारा संिोजधत दकया गया था। MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Financial Services) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 11th October, 2021 G.S.R. 731(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 51, read with sub-section (3) of section 5 of the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority Act, 2013 (23 of 2013), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to further amend the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (Salary and Allowances Payable to, and Other Terms and Conditions of Service of, Chairperson and Whole-time Members) Rules, 2014, namely:- 1. Short title and commencement.---(1) These rules may be called the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (Salary and Allowances Payable to, and Other Terms and Conditions of Service of, Chairperson and Whole-time Members) (Third Amendment) Rules, 2021. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (Salary and Allowances Payable to, and Other Terms and Conditions of Service of, Chairperson and Whole-time Members) Rules, 2014, in rule 10,- (i) in sub-rule (1), the following provisos shall be inserted, namely :- ―Provided that the leave account shall be credited with earned leave in advance in two instalments of fifteen days each, on 1st January and 1st July of every calendar year: Provided further that the earned leave at the credit at the close of previous half year shall be carried forward to the next half year.‖; (ii) after sub – rule (3), the following sub-rules shall be inserted, namely:- (4) They shall be entitled to eight days casual leave in a calendar year. (5) They shall be entitled to half pay leave on medical certificate or on private affairs at the rate of twenty days in respect of each completed year of service, to be credited in advance in two instalments of ten days each, on 1st January and 1st July, of every calendar year and leave salary for half pay shall be equivalent to half of the leave salary admissible during the earned leave.[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का राजपत्र : असाधारण 3 (6) Leave on half pay may be commuted to full pay leave at the discretion of the Chairperson or a Whole Time Members, if is taken on medical grounds and is supported by a Medical Certificate by competent medical authority.
