14.15 Voluntary tipping for the Driver:
i) The App may provide a feature for passengers to give a voluntary tip to the driver,
however, such feature shall only be visible after the completion of the journey, and
should not be available at the time of booking, before the commencement of the journey
or during the journey.
ii) The entire tip amount shall be credited to the driver without any deduction by the
aggregator.
iii) No tipping feature or mechanism shall be provided in the App that is misleading,
manipulative, or otherwise in violation of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the
rules and regulations made thereunder.
14.16 The App shall include a feature to enable Clause 15.6 below, wherein a passenger
may choose, where available, a driver of the same gender, including an option for
female passengers to select a female driver for undertaking a journey.

संरक्षण अदधदनयम, 2019 और उसके तहत बनाए गए दनयमो ंऔर दवदनयमो ंका उल्लंघन है ।
14.16 ऐप में नीचे दिए गए खंड 15.6 को प्रभावी बनाने संबंधी एक फीचर शादमि होगा, दजसमें कोई यािी,
अपने ही समान दिंग के डराइवर, जहां उपिब्ध हो, का चयन कर सकता है, दजसमें मदहिा यादियो ंकी यािा
के दिए मदहिा डराइवर का चयन करने का दवकल्प भी शादमि है ।
