New Delhi, the 13th June, 2024
O. N. 156(E).—In pursuance of Section 21 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the
Election Commission, in consultation with the Government of Kerala, makes the following amendment in its
Notification No. 318/CS-KL/2024 (2), dated 06.06.2024 relating to Returning Officer and Assistant Returning Officer
in respect of the biennial election to the Council of States from Kerala, to be held in pursuance of the President’s
notification published in the Gazette of India on 06th June, 2024:
The existing entry in Column (1) of the Table appended to the Notification No. 318/CS-KL/2024 (2),
dated 06.06.2024, shall be substituted with the entry “Sri. Shaji C. Baby, Special Secretary, Kerala Legislature
Secretariat”.
