**Summary:**
This Public Notice No. 32/2024-25, issued by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India, on November 2, 2024, amends Para 4.71 of the Handbook of Procedures, 2023, with immediate effect.
