No. 01/92/180/42/AM25/PC-6/E-40655.—In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraphs 1.03 and 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2023, as amended from time to time, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in Para 6.06 (c) (ii) and Para 6.06 (c) (iii) of HBP, 2023: Para Existing Para Amended Para No. 6.06 (c) However, imported tea shall be utilized However, imported tea shall be utilized within a period of 6 (ii) within a period of 6 months from date of months from the date of import. Effect of this Public Notice: To bring parity with provisions of Chapter 4 of the FTP/HBP, 2023 the provisions of Para 6.06 (c)(ii) and Para 6.06(c)(iii) of the HBP, 2023 stand amended for ease of doing business.
