Subject:- Amendment in Paragraph 10.08 (ix) in the Foreign Trade Policy 2023 to
amend the Policy for General Authorisation for Export of Chemicals and
related Equipments (GAEC).
S.O. 2690(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 and Section 14A of
the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992, as amended, read with Para 1.02 and
2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2023, as amended from time to time, the Central Government
hereby amends Para 10.08(ix) of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2023 as under:
