Subject: Amendment in Policy condition No.2 to Chapter 95 of ITC (HS), 2022 - Schedule - 1 (Import Policy).
S.O. 1410(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 read with Section 5 of the Foreign Trade
(Development & Regulation) Act, 1992, read with Paragraphs 1.02 and 2.03 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2023, as
amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby deletes Policy Condition No. 2 (iii) under Chapter 95 of
ITC (HS), 2022 – Schedule I (Import Policy), with immediate effect.
Effect of this Notification: Policy Condition No. 2 (iii) of Chapter 95 of ITC (HS), 2022 – Schedule I (Import Policy)
stands deleted with immediate effect.
