(2) These rules shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. In the Schedule to the Central Information Commission, Group ‘B’ posts(Section Officer and Private Secretary), Recruitment Rules, 2016, against serial number 1 relating to the post of Section Officer, in column(11), under the sub- heading ‘Promotion’, after Note 2, the following Note shall be inserted, namely:- “Note 3.-The eligibility service shall continue to be five years for persons holding the feeder posts on regular basis.” [F.
