New Delhi, the 28th September, 2021
S.O. 4499(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 14 of the Industries (Development
and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), read with sub-rule (2) of rule 10 of the Registration and Licensing
of Industrial Undertakings Rules, 1952, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (Department for Promotion
of Industry and Internal Trade) hereby makes the following further amendments to the notification of the
Government of India in the former Ministry of Industry and Civil Supplies (Department of Industrial
Development) Number S.O. 163(E) RLIU/10(2)/76 dated the 3rd March, 1976, published in the Gazette of
India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) dated the 4th March, 1976, namely:-
In the said notification, for the heading “LICENSING COMMITTEE” and the entries thereunder,
