L.-33004/99 सी.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-18012025-260330 CG-DxLx-xEG-I1D8H0x1x2x0 25-260330 xxxGIDExxx असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग II—खण् ड 3—उप-खण्ड (ii) PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii) प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY स.ं 318] नई दिल्ली, िुििार, िनिरी 17, 2025/पौष 27, 1946 No. 318] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY, JANUARY 17, 2025/PAUSHA 27, 1946 मत्सस्ट्यपालन, पिपु ालन और डेयरी मत्रं ालय (पिपु ालन और डेयरी जिभाग) अजधसचू ना नई दिल्ली, 17 िनिरी, 2025 का.आ. 320(अ).—केंद्रीय सरकार, पिधु न आयात अजधजनयम, 1898 (1898 का 9) की धारा 3क द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, मत्सस्ट्यपालन, पिपु ालन और डेयरी मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार की भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खडं 3, उपखंड (ii), तारीख 22 जसतंबर, 2021 म ें प्रकाजित अजधसूचना संख्याक का.आ 3926 (अ), तारीख 22 जसतंबर, 2021, में जनम्नजलजखत संिोधन करती ह,ै अर्ाात:्- उि अजधसूचना म,ें प्ररूप-I म,ें स्ट्िच्छता िानकारी से संबंजधत पैरा II म,ें उप-परै ा (viii) के पश्चात, जनम्नजलजखत उप-पैरा अंतःस्ट्र्ाजपत दकया िाएगा, अर्ाता ्:- “(ix) ऐसे मामले म ेंिहां कुत्ते और जबल्ली के खाद्य उत्सपािों में प्रोबायोटिक्स भी अंतर्िाष्ट ह,ैं जनम्नजलजखत को अजतटरि रूप से प्रमाजणत दकया िाएगा; (क) कुत्ते और जबल्ली के खाद्य उत्सपािों में आयातक िेि द्वारा अनुमोदित सदिय प्रोबायोटिक्स अंतर्िाष्ट ह,ैं िो जनम्नानुसार ह:ैं 464 GI/2025 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] कुत्ते और जबल्ली के खाद्य उत्सपाि प्रोबायोटिक्स के रूप में उपयोग दकए िा रह े सांद्रता समापन की जतजर् (पिुिन्य सामग्री सजहत) बैक्िीटरया का नाम और उसका स्रोत (1) (2) (3) (4) (ख) प्रोबायोटिक्स का परीक्षण दकया गया ह ैऔर ि े अन्य िैकजल्पक (facultative) एरोजबक सूक्ष्म िीिों (रोगिनक सजहत) और अन्य संिषू कों से मिु ह;ैं (ग) (i) तैयार दकए गए कुत्त े और जबल्ली के खाद्य उत्सपािों का परीक्षण दकया िाता ह ै और प्रसंस्ट्करण संयंत्र में भडं ारण के िौरान या उसके बाि जलए गए प्रत्सयेक प्रसंस्ट्कृत बैच से कम से कम पांच नमूनों के यािजृ च्छक नमूनाकरण म ेंिैकजल्पक (facultative) एरोजबक सूक्ष्म िीि नमूने में प्रजत ग्राम या प्रजत जमलीलीिर 5x103 से कम होते ह ैं(प्रयुि प्रोबायोटिक्स की सांद्रता को छोड़कर); या (ii) यदि सूक्ष्म िीिों की सांद्रता अजधक ह,ै तो समतल्ु य प्रभािकाटरता िाली प्रदिया की िाएगी (भारतीय प्राजधकारी द्वारा अजग्रम रूप से अनुमोदित दकया िाना होगा); (घ) प्रोबायोटिक्स का उपयोग ििा या औषधीय प्रयोिन के रूप में नहीं दकया िाना चाजहए।" [फा. सं. एल-110109(4)/4/2017-व्यापार (ई-3212)] िषाा िोिी, अपर सजचि टिप्पण: मलू अजधसूचना भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उपखंड (ii) म ें अजधसूचना संख्या का.आ. 3926 (अ), तारीख 22 जसतंबर, 2021 को प्रकाजित की गई र्ी। MINISTRY OF FISHERIES, ANIMAL HUSBANDRY AND DAIRYING (Department of Animal Husbandry And Dairying) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 17th January, 2025 S.O. 320(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3A of the Live-stock Importation Act, 1898 (9 of 1898), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying number S.O. 3926(E), dated the 22nd September, 2021, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 22nd September, 2021, namely:– In the said notification, in Form-I, in paragraph II relating to sanitary information, after sub-paragraph (viii), the following sub-paragraph shall be inserted, namely:– “(ix) In case where the dog and cat food products also contain probiotics, the following shall be additionally certified; (a) the dog and cat food products contain active probiotics approved by the importing country, as under,- Dog and cat food products Name of bacteria being used as Concentration Expiry date (containing animal origin material) probiotics along with its source (1) (2) (3) (4)[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 (b) the probiotics are tested and are free from other facultative aerobic micro-organisms (including pathogenic) and other contaminants; (c) (i) the finished dog and cat food products is tested and the facultative aerobic micro-organisms are less than 5x103 per gram or per milliliter of sample (excluding the concentration of used probiotics) by a random sampling of at least five samples from each processed batch taken during or after storage at the processing plant; or (ii) in case the concentration of micro-organisms is higher, a process demonstrated to be of equivalent efficacy (to be approved by Indian authority in advance); (d) The probiotics are not intended to be used as drug or medicinal purpose.”.
