(cid:315)(cid:175)ೇಷ (cid:170)ಾಜ(cid:205) ಪ(cid:294)(cid:206)(cid:144)ೆ ¨sÁUÀ– 4J 26 2024 04 1946) . 364 Part – IV A BENGALURU, FRIDAY, 26, JULY, 2024(SHRAVANA, 04, SHAKAVARSHA, 1946) No. 364 GOVERNMENT OF KARNATAKA No.DPAR 28 HMB 2024 Karnataka Government Secretariat, Vidhana Soudha, Bengaluru, dated:26-07-2024 NOTIFICATION Whereas the draft of the Karnataka General Services (Government Hospitality Organisation Recruitment) (Amendment) Rules, 2024 further to amend the Karnataka General Services (Government Hospitality Organization Recruitment) Rules, 1986 which the Government of Karnataka proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3, read with section 8 of the Karnataka State Civil Services Act, 1978 (Karnataka Act 14 of 1990) in Notification No. DPAR 28 HMB 2024, dated: 10.07.2024 in Part IV-A of the Karnataka Gazzette inviting objections and suggestions from all persons likely to be affected thereby within fifteen days from the date of publication of the draft in the Official Gazzette. Whereas, the said Gazzette was made available to the public on 10.07.2024. And whereas objections and suggestions received by the Government in respect of the said draft within period specified above have been considered by the State Government. (1)2 Now, therefore in exercise of the powers conferred in sub-section (1) of section 3, read with section 8 of the Karnataka State Civil Services Act, 1978 (Karnataka Act 14 of 1990), the Government of Karnataka hereby makes the following rules, namely: RULES 1. Title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Karnataka General Services (Government Hospitality Organisation Recruitment) (Amendment) Rules, 2024, (2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Amendment of Schedule.- In the Karnataka General Services (Government Hospitality Organisation Recruitment) Rules, 1986, in the schedule after the category of post of “Assistant Resident Commissioner (H.K)(Grade-2) Karnataka Bhavan” at serial number- 1 and entries relating thereto the following shall be inserted, namely:- “ 1. Must be a 1A Assistant Resident 01 By promotion from graduate from Commissioner the post of Senior a recognized (H.K)(Grade-2), Manager, university of Karnataka Bhavan, New Karnataka Bhavan the Delhi Government. (Rs.52650-97100) 2.
