पुनर्नार्ोजित र्ा आिेिों के अनुसार (ii) मोटर वाहन र्ांजत्रकी का ज्ञान (अभ्र्थी के व्यजिर्ों के जलए सरकारी कर्मार्ों के जलए पास वाहन की छोटी-मोटी खराजबर्ों को िो वषा 40 वषा तक जिजथल की ठीक करने का कौिल हो); रुपए) म ें स्ट्तर 1 वाले जनर्जमत समूह ‘ग’ 2. कार्ाालर् प्रमुख, कमाचारी जिनके पास स्ट्तंभ (7) में जवजहत भारतीर् वनस्ट्पजत अपेजक्षत अहता ाए ंहो : सवेक्षण, कोलकाता सिस्त्र बल कार्माकों के जलए प्रजतजनर्ुजि/ – सिस्ट्र्; पुनर्नार्ोिन : 3. कार्ाालर् प्रमुख, एक वषा की अवजध के भीतर सेवाजनवृत्त होने भारतीर् प्राणी वाले कार्माक अथवा जिन्ह ें ररिवा में भेिा िाना सवेक्षण, कोलकाता ह ै और जिनके पास आवश्र्क अनुभव और – सिस्ट्र्। र्ोग्र्ताएं ह ैं पर भी जवचार दकर्ा िाएगा। ऐसे व्यजिर्ों को उस तारीख तक प्रजतजनर्ुजि िी िाएगी जिस तारीख को उन्ह ें सिस्त्र बलों स े ररलीि िेर् ह;ै उसके बाि उन्ह ें पनु र्नार्ोिन आधार पर िारी रखा िा सकता ह।ैं रटप्पण 1. - पोषक प्रवगा के ऐसे जवभागीर् अजधकारी, िो प्रोन्नजत की सीधी पंजि में हैं, प्रजतजनर्ुजि पर जनर्ुजि के जलए जवचार दकए िाने के पात्र नहीं होंगे। इसी प्रकार प्रजतजनर्िु व्यजि प्रोन्नजत द्वारा जनर्ुजि के जलए जवचार दकए िाने के पात्र नहीं होंगे। रटप्पण 2. - प्रजतजनर्ुजि की अवजध, जिसके अंतगता केंरीर् सरकार के उसी र्ा दकसी अन्र् संगठन र्ा जवभाग में इस जनर्जु ि से ठीक पहल े धाररत दकसी अन्र् काडर बाह्वर् पि पर प्रजतजनर्ुजि की अवजध ह,ै साधारणतर्ा तीन वष ा से अजधक नहीं होगी। रटप्पण 3. - प्रजतजनर्ुजि द्वारा जनर्ुजि के जलए अजधकतम आर्ु सीमा आवेिन प्राप्त करने की अंजतम तारीख को 56 वषा से अजधक नहीं होगी। [फा. स.ं 01/14/2021-सीएसबी] नजमता प्रसाि, संर्ुि सजचव MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT, FOREST AND CLIMATE CHANGE NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 5th February, 2024 G.S.R. 101(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Botanical Survey of India (Heavy Vehicle Driver) Recruitment Rules, 1989 and the Botanical6 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] Survey of India (Group ‘C’ posts) Recruitment Rules, 1989, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the posts of Driver-cum-Mechanic (Ordinary grade, Grade I and Grade II) in the Botanical Survey of India under the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, namely:- 1. Short title and commencement.– (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Botanical Survey of India, Driver-cum-Mechanic (Ordinary grade, Grade I and Grade II) Recruitment Rules, 2023. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Number of posts, classification and level in pay matrix.– The number of said posts, their classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules. 3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, other qualifications, etc. – The method of recruitment to the said posts, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule. 4. Disqualification.– No person, – (a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or (b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts: Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule. 5. Power to relax.– Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons. 6. Saving.– Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the other Backward classes, ex- servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.
