- (क) जिसने से व् र्जि से जिसका पजत र्ा जिसक पत् नी िीजवत ह,ै जववाह दकर्ा ह ै र्ा जववाह क संजविा क है, र्ा 539 GI/2024 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] (ख) जिसन े अपन े पजत र्ा अपनी पत् नी के िीजवत रहत े हुए दकसी व् र्जि स े जववाह दकर्ा ह ै र्ा जववाह क संजविा क ह,ै उक्त पि पर जनर्ुजि का पात्र नह होगा परंत ु र्दि केन् रीर् सरकार का र्ह समाधान हो िाता ह ै दक सा जववाह से व् र्जि और जववाह के अन् र् पक्षकार को लागू स्ट् वीर् जवजध के अधीन अनुञेयेर् ह ै और सा करने के जलए अन् र् आधार ह,ैं तो वह दकसी व् र्जि को इस जनर्म के प्रवतान से छू िे सकेगी। 5. जिजर्ल करने क िजि- िहां केन् रीर् सरकार क र्ह रार् ह ै दक सा करना आव र्क र्ा समीचीन ह,ै तो वहां वह उसके जलए िो कारण ह ैं उन्ह ें लेखब्धत करके इन जनर्मों के दकसी उपबंध को दकसी वगा र्ा प्रवगा के व् र्जिर्ों क बाबत आिेि द्वारा जिजर्ल कर सकेगी। 6. व् र्ावृजत्त- इन जनर्मों क कोई बात, से आरक्षण, आर्-ु सीमा में छू , और अन् र् ररर्ार्तों पर प्रभाव नह डालगे ी जिनका केन् रीर् सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध म ें समर्-समर् पर िारी दकए गए आििे ों के अनुसार अनुसूजचत िाजतर्ों, अनुसूजचत िनिाजतर्ों, अन् र् जपछ़ो ो वगगों, भूतपूवा सैजनकों और अन् र् जविे प्रवगा के व् र्जिर्ों के जलए उपबंध करना अपेजक्षत ह।ै अनसु चू ी पि का नाम. पिों क संख्र्ा। वगीकरण. वेतन मैररक्स में स्ट्तर चर्न पि है र्ा अचर्न पि (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) प्रूफ रीडर 2* (2023) साधारण केंरीर् स्ट्तर-4 लागू नह होता। सेवा, समूह 'ग', *कार्ाभार के आधार पर (25500 – 81100/-रू.) अरािपजत्रत, पररवतान दकर्ा िा सकता ह।ै अननुसजचवीर्। सीधी भती दकए िाने वाले व् र्जिर्ों के जलए आर्ु सीधी भती दकए िाने वाले सीधी भती दकए िाने वाले पररवीक्षा क सीमा. व् र्जिर्ों के जलए अपेजक्षत िैजक्षक व् र्जिर्ों के जलए जवजहत अवजध, र्दि और अन्र् अहता ाएं। आर्ु और िैजक्षक अहता ा कोई हो। प्रोन् नत व् र्जिर्ों क ििा में लागू होगी । (6) (7) (8) (9) 18 से 27 व ा के बीच आव र्क: लागू नह होता। िो व ा। (i) अ.िा/अ.ि.िा. अभ् र्र्थर्ार्ों के जलए 05 व ा; (ii) दकसी मान्र्ता प्राप्त जवश्वजवद्यालर् ओबीसी अभ् र्र्थर्ार्ों के जलए 03 व ा; (iii) पीडब्‍ ल् र्ूडी से एक जव र् के रूप में वनस्ट्पजत (अनारजक्षत) अभ् र्र्ी के जलए 10 व ा; (iv) जवञेयान से स्नातक क जडग्री र्ा पीडब्‍ ल् र्ूडी (ओबीसी) अभ् र्र्ी के जलए 13 व ा; (v) समतुल् र्। पीडब्‍ल्र्ूडी (अ.िा./अ.ि.िा.) अभ्र् र्ी के जलए 15 वांछनीर्: व ा; (vi) भूतपूवा सैजनक (ईएसएम) अभ् र्र्ी के जलए (i) प्रूफ़ सुधार का अनुभव; अंजतम तारीख पर वास्ट्तजवक आर्ु से प्रिान क गई (ii) हहिं ी पढ़ने और जलखने क सैन्र् सेवा को घ ाने के प चात् 03 व ा; (vii) दकसी क्षमता। जवििे ी ििे के सार् र्ा दकसी अिांत क्षेत्र में ित्रुता के िौरान ऑपरेिन में अक्षम हो गए और उसके र प्प ण: अहता ाएं, अन्र्र्ा सुअर्थहता पररणामस्ट्वरूप जनमुाक् त कर दिए गए रक्षा कार्थमाक अभ् र्र्थर्ार्ों क ििा में कमाचारी के जलए 03 व ा; (viii) दकसी जवििे ी ििे के सार् र्ा चर्न आर्ोग के जववेकानुसार दकसी अिांत क्षेत्र में ित्रुता के िौरान ऑपरेिन में जिजर्ल क िा सकती ह ै। अक्षम हो गए और उसके पररणामस्ट्वरूप जनमुाक् त कर दिए गए रक्षा कार्थमाक के जलए 08 व ा (अ.िा./अ.ि.िा.) तक जिजर्ल क िा सकती ह।ै[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािपत्र असाधारण 3 (केंरीर् सरकार द्वारा समर्-समर् पर िारी दकए गए अनुििे ों र्ा आििे ों के अनुसार सरकारी सेवकों के जलए, सामान्र् अभ् र्र्थर्ार्ों क ििा में चालीस व ा तक अनुसूजचत िाजत और अनुसजूचत िनिाजत के अभ् र्र्थर्ार्ों क ििा में पैंतालीस व ा तक जिजर्ल क िा सकती ह।ै र प्प ण: आर्ु-सीमा अवधाररत करने के जलए जनणाार्क तारीख भारत में अभ् र्र्थर्ार्ों से आवेिन प्राप्त करने के जलए जनर्त क गई अंजतम तारीख होगी (न दक वह अंजतम तारीख िो असम, मेघालर्, अरुणाचल प्रििे , जमिोरम, मजणपुर, नागालैंड, जत्रपुरा, जसदिम, लद्दाख संघ राज्र् क्षेत्र, जहमाचल प्रििे के लाहोल ओर स्ट्पीजत जिले तर्ा चंबा जिले का पांगी उपमंडल, अंडमान और जनकोबार द्वीप समूह र्ा लक्षद्वीप के अभ् र्र्थर्ार्ों के जलए जवजहत क गई ह)ै । भती क प्धतजत , भती प्रोन् नजत र्ा र्दि जवभागीर् प्रोन् नजत सजमजत ह ैतो उसक संरचना। भती करने में दकन सीधी होगी र्ा प्रोन् नजत प्रजतजनर्ुजि र्ा पररजस्ट्र्जतर्ों म ें द्वारा र्ा प्रजतजनर्ुजि आमेलन द्वारा भती क संघ लोक सेवा र्ा आमेलन द्वारा, और ििा में वे श्रेजणर्ा ं आर्ोग से परामि ा जवजभन् न प्धतजतर्ों द्वारा जिनसे प्रोन् नजत र्ा दकर्ा िाएगा। भरी िाने वाली प्रजतजनर्ुजि र्ा ररजिर्ों क प्रजतितता। आमेलन दकर्ा िाएगा। (10) (11) (12) (13) सीधी भती द्वारा। लागू नह होता। समूह 'ग' जवभागीर् पुजि सजमजत, (पुजि के संबंध में जवचार लागू नह होता। करने के जलए) जिसमें जनम् नजलजखत सजम्मजलत हैं:- (1.) जनििे क, भारतीर् वनस्ट्पजत सवेक्षण, कोलकाता - अध्र्क्ष; Short title and commencement – (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Botanical Survey of India (Proof Reader), Recruitment Rules, 2023. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Number of post, classification and level in the pay matrix. - The number of post, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules. 3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, other qualifications, etc. – The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule. 4. Disqualification .– No person, - (a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living, or (b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible for appointment to the said post: Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule. 5. Power to Relax .– Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons. 6. Saving .– Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, ex- servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.
