NOTIFICCATION
In exeercise of thee powers coonferred byy the provisso to clausee (3) of Artticle 320 off the
Constitution of India, the Goverrnor of Karrnataka hereeby makes the followwing regulattions
further to amend the Karnatakaa Public Seervice Commmission (CConsultationn) Regulatiions,

REGUULATIONSS
1. TTitle and Commencemment. -(1) These reguulations maay be calledd the Karnaataka
PPublic Servvice Commiission (Connsultation) ((Amendmennt) Regulatiions, 2020.
(2) TThey shall come into force fromm the date of their ppublication in the Offficial
Gazette.
22. Amenddment of regulationn 3. - In the Karnnataka Pubblic Service Commisssion
(Consultation) Regulaations, 20000 (hereinaafter referrred to as the said rregulations)), in
rregulation 3, in clauuse (c), thee words, brrackets andd figures ““except thee promotion in
accordancee with the provisionss of the KKarnataka SState Civil Services (Regulationn of
PPromotion, Pay and Peension) Actt, 1973 and the rules mmade thereunnder” shall be omittedd.
3. Amenndment of rregulation 5. - In reguulation 5 off the said reggulations, inn clause(1),-
(i)in ssub-clause (a) after thee words “oon review”, the words “with respect to Grouup-A
Goverrnment Servvant” shall be insertedd; and

(ii) in sub-clause (b) after the words “an original order”, the words “on Group-A
Government Servant” shall be inserted.

(ಸಮಾಲೋಚನೆ) (cid:315)ನಿಯಮಗಳು, 2000ಕೆಕ್ ಮತತ್ಷುಟ್ ತಿದುದ್ಪಡಿ ಮಾಡಲು ಕೆಳಕಂಡ (cid:315)ನಿಯಮಗಳನುನ್
ರಚಿ(cid:318)ದಾದ್ರೆ, ಎಂದರೆ : -
(cid:315)ನಿಯಮಗಳು
1. (cid:316)ೕ(cid:317)ರ್ಕೆ ಮತುತ್ ಪಾರ್ರಂಭ: (1) ಈ (cid:315)ನಿಯಮಗಳನುನ್ ಕನಾರ್ಟಕ ಲೋಕಸೇವಾ ಆ(cid:372)ೕಗ
(ಸಮಾಲೋಚನೆ) (ತಿದುದ್ಪಡಿ) (cid:315)ನಿಯಮಗಳು 2020 ಎಂದು ಕರೆಯತಕಕ್ದುದ್.
(2) ಇವುಗಳು ಕನಾರ್ಟಕ ರಾಜಯ್ಪತರ್ದ(cid:313)ಲ್ ಪರ್ಕಟವಾದ ದಿನಾಂಕದಿಂದ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರತಕಕ್ದುದ್.
2. (cid:315)ನಿಯಮ 3ಕೆಕ್ ತಿದುದ್ಪಡಿ: - ಕನಾರ್ಟಕ ಲೋಕಸೇವಾ ಆ(cid:372)ೕಗ (ಸಮಾಲೋಚನೆ)
(cid:315)ನಿಯಮಗಳು, 2000 (ಇನುನ್ ಮುಂದೆ ಸದರಿ (cid:315)ನಿಯಮ ಎಂದು ಕರೆಯಲಾಗುತತ್ದೆ), (cid:315)ನಿಯಮ 3ರ
ಕಲಂ ((cid:318)) ನ(cid:313)ಲ್, ಪದಗಳು, ಆವರಣಗಳು ಮತುತ್ ಅಂಕಿಅಂಶಗಳು ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ "ಕನಾರ್ಟಕ ರಾಜಯ್
ನಾಗರಿಕ ಸೇವೆಗಳು (ಬಡಿತ್, ವೇತನ ಮತುತ್ ಪಿಂಚಣಿ ನಿಯಂತರ್ಣ) ಕಾಯೆದ್ 1973 ಮತುತ್ ಅದರಡಿ
ರಚಿಸಲಾಗಿರುವ ನಿಯಮಗಳ ಅವಕಾಶಗಳನವ್ಯ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವ ಬಡಿತ್ಗಳನುನ್ ಹೊರತುಪಡಿ(cid:318)
"ಎಂಬುದನುನ್ ಕೈಬಿಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.
3. (cid:315)ನಿಯಮ 5ರ ತಿದುದ್ಪಡಿ – ಮೇಲೆ ಹೇಳಲಾದ (cid:315)ನಿಯಮಗಳ (cid:315)ನಿಯಮ 5 ರ ಕಲಂ (1) ರ(cid:313)ಲ್ .-R.N.I. No. KARBIL/2001/47147 POSTAL REGN. No. RNP/KA/BGS/2202/2017-19

(i) ಉಪ ಕಲಂ (ಎ) ನ(cid:313)ಲ್ "ಪರಿ(cid:316)ೕಲನೆಯ(cid:313)ಲ್" ಎಂಬ ಪದಗಳ ನಂತರ, "ಗುಂಪು-ಎ ಸಕಾರ್ರಿ
ನೌಕರರಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿ(cid:318)ದಂತೆ" ಎಂಬ ಪದಗಳನುನ್ ಸೇರಿ(cid:318)ಕೊಳುಳ್ವುದು ;ಮತುತ್
(ii) ಉಪ ಕಲಂ (ಬಿ) ನ(cid:313)ಲ್ "ಮೂಲ ಆದೇಶ" ಪದಗಳ ನಂತರ, "ಗುಂಪು-ಎ ಸಕಾರ್ರಿ
ನೌಕರರ ಮೇಲೆ" ಎಂಬ ಪದಗಳನುನ್ ಸೇರಿ(cid:318)ಕೊಳುಳ್ವುದು.
