सा.का.जन. 858(अ).—केंद्रीय सरकार, खान और खजनि (जवकास और जवजनयमन) अजधजनयम, 1957 (1957 का 67) की
धारा 9 की उपधारा (3) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, उि अजधजनयम की दसू री अनुसूची में जनम्नजलजखत और संिोधन
करती ह,ै अथाात्:—
2. खान और खजनि (जवकास और जवजनयमन) अजधजनयम, 1957 की जद्वतीय अनुसूची में,—
(i) मद 6 और उससे संबंजधत प्रजवजियों के पश्चात्, जनम्नजलजखत मद और प्रजवजियााँ अंत:स्ट्थाजपत की िाएंगी, अथाात:—
“6क सीज़ियम: उत्पाददत अयस्ट्क में अंतर्ववि सीज़ियम धातु पर प्रभाया सीज़ियम
धातु की औसत जवक्रय कीमत का दो प्रजतित।”;
(ii) मद 22 और उससे संबंजधत प्रजवजियों के स्ट्थान पर, जनम्नजलजखत मद और प्रजवजियााँ रखी िाएंगी, अथाात:—
“22 ग्रेफ़ाइट:
(i) 80% या अजधक जस्ट्थर काबान के साथ मूल्यानुसार आधार पर औसत जवक्रय कीमत का दो प्रजतित।
(ii) 80% से कम जस्ट्थर काबान के साथ
मूल्यानुसार आधार पर औसत जवक्रय कीमत का चार प्रजतित।”;

(iii) मद 38ख और उससे संबंजधत प्रजवजियों के पश्चात्, जनम्नजलजखत मद और प्रजवजियााँ अंत:स्ट्थाजपत की िाएंगी, अथाात: —
“38ग रुजबजडयम: उत्पाददत अयस्ट्क में अंतर्ववि रुजबजडयम धातु पर प्रभाया रुजबजडयम
धातु की औसत जवक्रय कीमत का दो प्रजतित।”;
(iv) मद 54क और उससे संबंजधत प्रजवजियों के पश्चात्, जनम्नजलजखत मद और प्रजवजियााँ अंत:स्ट्थाजपत की िाएंगी, अथाात: —
“54ख ज़िरकोजनयम: उत्पाददत अयस्ट्क में अंतर्ववि ज़िरकोजनयम धातु पर प्रभाया
ज़िरकोजनयम धातु की औसत जवक्रय कीमत का एक प्रजतित।”।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 20th November, 2025
G.S.R. 858(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 9 of the Mines and
Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (67 of 1957), the Central Government hereby makes the following
further amendments in the Second Schedule to the said Act, namely:—
2. In the Second Schedule to the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957,—
(i) after item 6 and the entries relating thereto, the following item and entries shall be inserted, namely:—
“6A. Caesium: Two per cent. of the average sale price of Caesium metal
chargeable on the Caesium metal contained in the ore
produced.”;
(ii) for item 22 and the entries relating thereto, the following item and entries shall be substituted, namely:—
“22. Graphite:
(i) With eighty per cent. or more fixed carbon Two per cent. of average sale price on ad valorem basis.
(ii) With less than eighty per cent. fixed Four per cent. of average sale price on ad valorem basis.”;

“38C. Rubidium: Two per cent. of the average sale price of Rubidium metal
chargeable on the Rubidium metal contained in the ore
produced.”;
(iv) after item 54A and the entries relating thereto, the following item and entries shall be inserted, namely:—
“54B. Zirconium: One per cent. of the average sale price of Zirconium metal
chargeable on the Zirconium metal contained in the ore
produced.”.
