(1) इन जनयमों को केन्द्रीय जसजिल सेिाएं (िगीकरण, जनयंत्रण और अपील) संिोधन जनयम, 2024 कहा िाएगा। (2) ये, िासकीय रािपत्र म ेंइनके प्रकािन की तारीख से प्रभािी होंगे। 2. केन्द्रीय जसजिल सेिाएं (िगीकरण, जनयंत्रण और अपील) जनयम, 1965 में, अनुसूची में भाग-V, म-ें (i) क्रम संख्या 1 के समक्ष, कॉलम (2) म,ें परै ाग्राफ (ख) म,ें उप-पैराग्राफ (xiv), तथा कॉलम (3), (4) और (5) म ें उससे संबंजधत तिनरूु प प्रजिजियों के जलए, जनम्नजलजखत प्रजिजियां प्रजतस्ट्थाजपत की िाएंगी, नामत:- 3655 GI/2024 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] “(xiv) रक्षा अनुसंधान अध्यक्ष, रक्षा अनुसधं ान (i) अध्यक्ष, रक्षा अनुसंधान सभी और जिकास संगठन। और जिकास संगठन और जिकास संगठन; (ii) महाजनिेिक (मानि (i) से (iv) रक्षा और जिकास (क) समूह ‘ख’ रािपजत्रत; संसाधन); स्ट्थापनाओं या प्रयोगिालाओं के प्रमुख। (ख) स्ट्थापनाओं या (i) अध्यक्ष, रक्षा अनुसंधान सभी प्रयोगिालाओं म ें समूह कार्मिक, रक्षा अनुसंधान एि ं और जिकास संगठन; ‘ख’ (अरािपजत्रत); जिकास संगठन के जनििे क। (ii) रक्षा और जिकास स्ट्थापनाओं या प्रयोगिालाओं (i) से (iv) (ग) रक्षा अनुसंधान एि ं के प्रमुख; जिकास संगठन म ेंसमूह ‘ख’ (अरािपजत्रत)। सभी (i) अध्यक्ष, रक्षा अनुसंधान एि ं जिकास (i) से (iv)”; संगठन; (ii) महाजनिेिक (मानि संसाधन)। (ii) क्रम सं. 2 के समक्ष, कॉलम (2) म,ें पैराग्राफ (बी) में, उप-पैराग्राफ (xiv) तथा कॉलम (3), (4) और (5) म ें उससे संबंजधत तिनरूु प प्रजिजियों के जलए जनम्नजलजखत प्रजिजियां प्रजतस्ट्थाजपत की िाएंगी, नामत :- “(xiv) रक्षा अनुसंधान एिं जिकास संगठन (क) स्ट्थापनाओं अथिा अनुसंधान एिं जिकास अनुसंधान एिं जिकास सभी प्रयोगिालाओं में समूह स्ट्थापनाओं अथिा स्ट्थापनाओं अथिा ‘ग’ पि; प्रयोगिालाओं के प्रमुख। प्रयोगिालाओं के प्रमुख; (ख) रक्षा अनुसंधान एि ं कार्मिक, रक्षा अनुसंधान एि ं महाजनिेिक (मानि जिकास संगठन मुख्यालयों जिकास संगठन मख्ुयालयों के संसाधन)। जनिेिक। में समूह ‘ग’ पि। सभी” [फा.सं. 11012/9/2022-कार्मिक नीजत (ए-III)] मनोि कुमार जद्विेिी, अपर सजचि नोट : प्रमुख जनयम, दिनांक 20 निम्बर, 1965 की अजधसूचना सं. सां.आ. 3703 के तहत भारत के रािपत्र में प्रकाजित हुए थे तथा 10 िनिरी, 2023 की अजधसूचना सं. सा.का.जन. 18 (असाधारण) के तहत इनम ें अंजतम बार संिोधन दकया गया था, िो दिनांक 10 िनिरी, 2023 को भारत के रािपत्र में प्रकाजित हुए थे।[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 MINISTRY OF PERSONNEL, PUBLIC GRIEVANCES AND PENSIONS (Department of Personnel and Training) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 29th May, 2024 G.S.R.. 337(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965, namely:- 1. (1) These rules may be called the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Amendment Rules, 2024. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965, in the Schedule, in PART-V,- (i) against serial number 1, in column (2), in paragraph (B), for sub-paragraph (xiv), and the corresponding entries relating thereto in column (3), (4) and (5), the following entries shall be substituted, namely:- “(xiv) Defence Research and Development Organisation (a) Group ‘B’ Gazetted; Chairman, Defence Research and (i) Chairman, Defence All Development Research and Development Organisation. Organisation; (ii) Director General (Human (i) to (iv) Resource); (b) Group ‘B’ (Non- Head of Research and Gazetted) at Development (i) Chairman, Defence All Establishments or Establishments or Research and Development Laboratories; Laboratories. Organisation; (ii) Head of Research and (i) to (iv) Development Establishments or Laboratories; (c) Group ‘B’ (Non- Director of Personnel, Gazetted) at Defence Research and (i) Chairman, Defence Headquarters of Defence Development Research and Development All Research and Organisation.
