S.O. 3224(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Export (Quality Control and
Inspection) Act, 1963 (22 of 1963), the Central Government, after consulting the Export Inspection Council,
hereby makes the following amendments further to amend the Order of the Government of India in the
Ministry of Commerce and Industry, vide number S.O. 4031 (E), dated the 09th November, 2020, namely: -
In the said Order, after clause (17), the following clauses shall be inserted, namely:-
“(18) use of any antimicrobial medicinal product for the purpose of promoting growth or to increase yield
shall be prohibited in Milch animals ;
(19) the use of any of the following antimicrobials or group of antimicrobials and antimicrobial medicinal
