NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 10th November, 2021
S.O. 4636(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 14 of the Energy
Conservation Act, 2001 (52 of 2001), the Central Government, in consultation with the Bureau of Energy
Efficiency, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India
in the Ministry of Power number S.O. 1899 (E), dated the 26th May, 2016, namely:-
In the said notification, in paragraph 2,- in sub-paragraph (2), in Table 2.3 for the figures and words
“31st December, 2021”, the figures and words “30th June, 2022” shall be substituted.
