A new clause is inserted below 10.16(A)(I)(a) as sub-paragraph 10.16(A)(I)(b), as under: i. For exports/re-exports of these items to countries not listed in Appendix 10(N), the applicant shall provide the list of other destination countries where such exports/re-exports are intended under GAEC, for suitable consideration. ii. The Indian Exporter may submit a copy of the Authorised Economic Operator(AEO) Certification or Status Holder Certificate, if available. Effect of this Notification: Para 10.16(A) of the Handbook of Procedures 2023 has been amended to expand the scope of the General Authorisation for Export of Chemicals & Related Equipment (GAEC) for chemicals listed in Appendix 10(N) to cover additional countries.
