(1) इन जनयमों का संजक्षप्त नाम केन्द्द्रीय अप्रत्यक्ष कर और सीमा िुल्क बोडड जनििे ालय स्ट्टाफ कार ड्राईिर (जििेष श्रेणी) भती संिोधन जनयम, 2023 ह।ै (2) िे रािपत्र म ेंअपन े प्रकािन की तारीख स ेलाग ू होंगे। 2. केंद्रीय अप्रत्यक्ष कर और सीमािुल्क जनिेिालय स्ट्टाफ कार ड्राइिर (जििेष श्रेणी) भती जनयम, 2023 (जिसे इसम ें इसके पश्चात उि जनयम कहा गया ह)ै , जनयम 1 म,ें उप-जनयम (1), "केंद्रीय अप्रत्यक्ष कर और सीमा िल्ु क” िब्िों के स्ट्र्ान पर, “केंद्रीय अप्रत्यक्ष कर और सीमा िुल्क बोड”ड िब्िों को रखा िाएगा। 5505 GI/2023 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] 3. उि जनयम म,ें जनयम 2 म,ें उप-जनयम (1) म,ै मि (xiii) के स्ट्र्ान पर, जनम्नजलजखत मि को रखा िाएगा, अर्ाडत््ः- "(xiii) मानि संसाधन जिकास महाजनिेिालय ।“ 4. उि जनयम म ेंअनुसूची, स्ट्तम्भ (11) म,ें टटप्पण के स्ट्र्ान पर, जनम्नजलजखत टटप्पण को रखा िाएगा, अर्ाडत:्- टटप्पण: िहा ं ऐस े कजनष्ठ व्यजियों के संबंध म ें जिन्द्होंन े अपनी अहकड / पात्रता सेिा पूरी कर ली ह,ै प्रोन्नजत के जलए जिचार दकया िा रहा हो िहां उनस े ज्येष्ठ व्यजियों के संबंध म ें भी जिचार दकया िाएगा परंत ु यह तब िब दक उसके द्वारा की गई ऐसी अहकड / पात्रता सेिा, अपेजक्षत अहकड / पात्रता सेिा के आधे स े अजधक स े या िो िष ड स,े इनम ें स े िो भी कम हो, कम न हो और उन्द्होंने अपन े ऐस े कजनष्ठ व्यजियों सजहत जिन्द्होंन े ऐसी अहकड / पात्रता सेिा पहल े ही पूरी कर ली ह ै अगली उच्चतर श्रेणी म ेंप्रोन्नजत के जलए अपनी पटरिीक्षा की अिजध सफलतापिू डक पूरी कर ली हो। [फा. स.ं ए-12018/07/2016-प्रिा.III. ख] मोहम्मि आजिफ, अिर सजचि टटप्पण्ः मूल जनयम भारत के रािपत्र असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उपखंड (i), अजधसूचना संख्या सा.का.जन. 01 (अ), तारीख 2 िनिरी, 2023 द्वारा प्रकाजित दकए गए र्े। MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Revenue) (CENTRAL BOARD OF INDIRECT TAXES AND CUSTOMS) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 28th August, 2023 G.S.R. 631(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Central Indirect Taxes and Customs Directorates Staff Car Driver (Special Grade) Recruitment Rules, 2023, namely: - 1. (1) These rules may be called the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs Directorates Staff Car Driver (Special Grade) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2023. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official Gazette. 2. In the Central Indirect Taxes and Customs Directorates Staff Car Driver (Special Grade) Recruitment Rules, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), in rule 1, in sub-rule (1), for the words “Central Indirect Taxes and Customs”, the words “Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs” shall be substituted. 3. In the said rules, in rule 2, in sub-rule (1), for item (xiii), the following item shall be substituted, namely: - “(xiii) Directorate General of Human Resource Development”. 4. In the said rules, in the Schedule, in column (11), for the Note, the following Note shall be substituted, namely, - “Note: Where juniors who have completed their qualifying or eligibility service are being considered for promotion, their seniors shall also be considered provided they are not short of the requisite qualifying or eligibility service by more than half of such qualifying or eligibility service or two years, whichever is less, and have successfully completed their probation period for promotion to the next higher grade along with their juniors who have already completed such qualifying or eligibility service”.
