The Central Government hereby notifies the following amendment in the said guidelines dated 21st August, 2023 :- Clause 15.5 of the existing guidelines stand modified as follows :- 15.5. Delay in Commencement of Supply of Power: Clause 15.5 (b) (ii) shall stand deleted.
