of Heavy Industries, No. 16/1/2017-HE&MT, dated the 25th January 2022 related to Guidelines of the Scheme On
“Enhancement of Competitiveness in the Indian Capital Goods Sector- Phase-II” is being made namely:
In the said notification, Para 11.4 may be substituted as:
'MHI shall grant the “Certificate of Project Completion” to the PIO after satisfactory evaluation of the project
completion report. The Screening Committee chaired by JS/AS, HE&MT shall act as the final authority for
sanctioning the “Certificate of Project Completion" after the project completion report is submitted
independently by the Project Review and Monitoring Committee (PR&MC) and National Research
Development Corporation (NRDC) for the projects under the Scheme.'
2. The notification shall come into effect from the date of its publication in the Gazette.
