संिोधन करने के जलए जनम्न जलजखत आदेि करती ह,ै अथाात :--
1. सजं िप्त नाम और प्रारंभ.—(1) इस आदेि का संजित नाम स्ट् नेहक तले और ग्रीि (प्रसंस करण, प्रदाय और जवतरण
जवजनयमन) (संिोधन) आदिे , 2021 ह ै।
(2) य ेरािपत्र म ें इसके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत होगा ।
2. स्ट् नेहक तेल और ग्रीि (प्रसस्ट्ं करण, प्रदाय और जवतरण जवजनयमन) आदेि, 1987 के खंड 3 के स्ट् थान पर जनम्न जलजखत
खंड रखा िाएगा अथाात: --
“3. स्ट्न हे क तले और ग्रीि के प्रसस्ट्ं क रण और भडं ारण पर जनबधं न.—कोई व् यजक्त , इस आदेि के अधीन उस े प्रदत् त
जवजधमान् य अनुज्ञजि की जनबंधनों और ितों के अधीन और उसके अनुसरण के जसवाय प्रस्ट्स ंकता ा का कारबार नहीं
करेगा:
परंत ु स्ट् नेहक तले और ग्रीि के केवल खुदरा जवक्रय या पुन:जवक्रय को ही ऐसी अनुज्ञजि की अपेिा स े छूट प्राप् त होगी ।”।

ORDER
New Delhi, the 26th October, 2021
G.S.R. 770(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10
of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Lubricating Oils and
Greases (Processing, Supply and Distribution Regulation ) Order , 1987 namely:-
1. Short title and commencement.—(1) This Order may be called the Lubricating Oils and Greases (Processing,
Supply and Distribution Regulation) (Amendment) Order , 2021.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Lubricating Oils and Greases (Processing, Supply and Distribution Regulation) Order, 1987, for clause
3, the following clause shall be substituted, namely:-
“3. Restriction on processing and storage of lubricating Oils and Greases.—No person shall carry on the
business of the processor except under and in accordance with the terms and conditions of a valid licence
granted to him under this Order:
Provided that only the retail sale or resale of lubricating Oils and greases shall be exempt from the
requirement of such licence.”.
