New Delhi, the 10th November, 2021
S.O. 4634(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 14 of the Energy
Conservation Act, 2001 (52 of 2001), the Central Government, in consultation with the Bureau of Energy
Efficiency, hereby makes the following further amendments to the notification of the Government of India
in the Ministry of Power, number S.O. 2528 (E), dated the 8th August, 2017, namely:-
In the said notification, in paragraph 3, in sub-paragraph (1), for figures and words “1st January,
2018 to 31st December, 2021” and “1st January, 2022 to 31st December, 2024”, wherever they occur, the
figures and words “1st January, 2018 to 30th June, 2022” and “1st July, 2022 to 31st December, 2024”
shall respectively be substituted.
